Once I've activated my account how do I use my trade line?

You may use your SNS Credit Account/trade line to purchase remote support services, digital products and downloadabless.

How long do I have to wait before paying my NET 30 bill?

You may pay your bill between 1 and 29 days from the date of purchase. Keep in mind that our system does take note of prompt, slow and late payers.

Can I place more orders in one month ?

Yes.

If I need a trade reference, what information do I give my vendor so that they can contact you?

Please have your vendor call 818-528-5393 x 3, or they can send us a trade reference inquiryt by fax 818-990-6978 or they can email their request to accounts@stntsol.com.

Our company has recently moved. How do I update our company address with your company?

Please call our office with the updated information. We are available Monday – Friday 9AM – 4PM Pacific Standard Time. We are closed for all major holidays.
